IRS Forms

Aaddzz's Web masters who sell ad space must provide tax information to Information Access Technologies, Inc. If the appropriate IRS forms are not on file with IAT, your payments will be withheld until they are received.

Aaddzz members with ad spaces can request that the Form 1001 be sent via regular mail by logging into Aaddzz and using the "E-mail Support" page. Forms W-9 and W-8 must be filled out on-line in the "Manage Account" area of the Aaddzz Account administration system.
