Please note that it is with regret that we must inform you that the Aaddzz beta system, including free counters, tracking and advertising services, has been suspended indefinitely from operation. This change is effective as of October 1, 2004.

This was a difficult decision for us, but is one that is necessary. More specifically, the lack of operational and development funding combined with minimal penetration into online advertising market has created a negative cash position for the Aaddzz system. This combined with current economic indicators forces IAT, Inc. to carefully evaluate all of our services and strategically apply our valued resources into those areas that make sound business and economic sense for our company.

The impact to Aaddzz account holders?

- Effective immediately, your Aaddzz account(s) will no longer be accessible via the Aaddzz web site.

- It should be noted that all other IAT, Inc., services are unaffected and will continue to operate as normal for the foreseeable future.

- Effective immediately, IAT, Inc. will no longer accept any Aaddzz payments, in any form e.g., check, credit card, etc.

- Any 1099s due as a result of distributed commissions for calendar 2004 will still be mailed regardless of the status of the Aaddzz system.

- Lastly, in accordance with Aaddzz "Terms and Conditions" Section 8 "Payment Terms", Item 1, "All advertising must be prepaid by check, money order, credit card, or purchase order. Amounts paid for advertising are nonrefundable". However, we are currently evaluating the possibility of returning a percentage of any outstanding balances that may exist. Please note this evaluation does not relate to any "Commission" or "Promotional" balances.

In closing, we would like to personally thank all of you who participated in the Aaddzz system and we wish the best for each of you for 2004 and beyond.
