    Survivorship Bias.

JP’s advice is very generic. You’re not hearing from the 100 other haircare companies who did the exact same things and failed.

The missing piece of the puzzle is how to recognize great opportunities.

I needed this big time. I have been a Wella/ Schwartzkof devotee for many years and have recently started working along side a Paul Mitchell devotee. I am so impressed with her knowledge the color line and the finesse in which she creates a clients new look.

When the student is willing….this is my third career, 20 years later still willing to shift!

Thank you Paul! for the inspiring video!
