Great they want to help us, BUT, not to be so critical or maybe so dumb, I have not been able to find a way to get in touch with any live person support people.  If you have a question that needs answered you are out of luck, especially when the help forums don’t address that issue.  As an entrepreneur, I don’t have time to waste searching for an easier way or to Google how to use Google, I just want to talk to someone who knows the answer without telling me to Google it!  For example, why with Apple products is it so hard for Google to recognize passwords on your devices?  I can sign in to my Google plus mail direct so I know the password is registered with them…Wait, you say talk to an Apple rep, well I drove there and they have no idea why not!  Apparently Apple and Google operate the same way, if help doesn’t help you, you have to go to the nearest Apple store.  If you can’t get past a simple password issue with Google, then how can you conduct your business on what little time you have left after spending hours trying to fix this?  Yea, I’m frustrated!  Please don’t suggest to reset my password cuz I have already done that a billion times and it keeps getting better and better!  The other big problem is trying to support a Google + page when none of the app devices in the control this content on your page work.  Again, none of the help forums answer this one simple question:  When people are clicking on your + button, why is it not accumulating the number of people who like your post?  That is not on the help forum nor is there a fix for it.  Oh, and how can you turn off the notifications that keep accumulating every time someone posts, cuz it was changed and it still does it!  I would ask Google support if that were possible!  You would think these web sites would get a great idea, like, lets put one large button that says help…So old farts like me can stop ranting and get working!  BTW if you know the answer to these simple questions, please feel free to contact me.  I assure you, I am a living human being!

I get the sense that this is specifically for mobile and web based startups.  I wonder if there are any opportunities within the google programs for hardware startups and physical products.  Is google trying to farm for a greater presence in the mobile app space to compete better with apple while at the same time making a small profit?  Regardless this is a nice thing they are doing.
