Nice story behind OLA cabs… But because of on demand car facility People have stopped using public transport and traffic problem has increased.. during traffic we can see 40% cars with yellow board and 60-70% are attached with OLA… this is the biggest worry for the future.

Extremely Bad Customer Support , And They close support tickets Without any approvals from customers themselves . Forceful Payments From Ola Wallets done despite customer ready to pay in cash . They dont have a better competitor Yet , Uber is worse and hence they are surviving . They dont even take feed backs at all . Like they still have not made any changes in the forceful payment methods yet .

Later i know that you drive us as a drvier of Ola Cabs for lakhs of people. Hope we will meet one day

THE BUSINESS MODEL IS SIMPLE: Suck the blood of cab drivers and get good reputation from the public. MAKE MONEY!
