The most valuable info I think I got from this one, even though Gary has said it many times, about doing what you are good at, and not focusing on what you’re not.. Was that idea of bringing in a 50/50 partner that is structurally better at Operations and implementation of creative idea’s. I’m an idea guy. I can build structure, but I fucking hate it. lol Structure to me, is like writing the most amazing song you’ve ever written, and then playing it every single night, because that ONE is your hit song. I’m just not built that way. It’s something I fight with internally often, being that I am kind of a control freak, want and need that personal success, and have difficulty putting my creations in the hands of someone less passionate about what truly can be, with the right intentions, and actions of course.

10 years later and Twitter is still stupid (borderline retarded actually). Aside from the massive proportion of fake user accounts, it’s mostly studio gansta rappers talking crap to each other and teenagers being internet tough guys as they fight among each other.
Frankly, the rest of social media is not that much better. Given the absurd valuations that the Web 2.0 is given nowadays, it’s going to be VERY interesting when this massive bubble fueled by uncontrolled Fed money printing bursts.
